GENERAL PRACTICES
- Upon check-in, our staff will be keeping the necessary physical distancing.
- Public spaces of the hotel will be equipped with sanitizing stations and will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly on a daily basis.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the reception.
- Personal hygiene & protection kits will be available to all our guests, including masks, antiseptic gel, gloves and sanitizing wipes upon request.
STAFF
- Our staff is trained to carefully follow all hygiene protocols and will be wearing the necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) as required by the Department of Health guidelines.
- All employees will be temperature screened upon arrival at work to ensure they are in good health.
- In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates and third-party partners are chosen carefully and have also completed enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.
HOUSEKEEPING
- Cleaning will follow enhanced practices on a daily basis for sanitizing all surfaces.
- Our housekeepers will enter your suite/room only at your absence and wearing the necessary protective equipment. Please note change of towels takes place daily while change of linen will only be made upon request
- Hot tubs are cleansed and chlorinated daily to ensure it will be safe for you to enjoy.
Please also note that check-in / check-out hours will be extended for your room/suite to be thoroughly cleaned. Therefore, check-in starts from 15:00 while check-out is until 11:00.
